Leilani CERT
Serving Lower Puna
Neighbors Helping Neighbors
Lower Puna Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) is dedicated to the safety and self-sufficiency of our unique district. By providing standardized training recognized by Hawaii County, we empower ordinary citizens to do the greatest good for the greatest number of people. From lava flow events to tropical storms, our volunteers are the boots on the ground who bridge the gap before professional help arrives. At lowerpunacert.org, we believe that together we are Puna Strong.
